Rainfall amounts in the storm cores looked to be just over 1 inch. The main features of these storms were gusty winds. KITR reported a gust of 30mph as thunderstorms passed through the area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt;\">West of the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Continental Divide&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph {&amp;quot;textColor&amp;quot;:&amp;quot;white&amp;quot;} --&amp;gt;\n&amp;lt;p class=&amp;quot;has-white-color has-text-color&amp;quot;&amp;gt;the dividing line that separates the watersheds of the western and eastern United States; rivers west of the divide empty into the Pacific Ocean, while rivers east of the divide empty into the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico&amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt;\n&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'>Continental Divide<\/span>, very dry and windy conditions continued yesterday. Strong westerly winds with gusts up to 30mph were reported throughout the day and into the evening. Temperatures continued to be 5-10F above climatology. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt;\">The persistent pattern of weather the last two weeks can be very well seen in a cumulative precipitation map.
