A few clouds showed up over the higher terrain (and adjacent lower elevations) as the daytime heat worked on the residual moisture, resulting in nothing more than <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;virga&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Wisps or streaks of precipitation falling out of a cloud that evaporate before reaching the surface.
