As the afternoon faded into the evening, high clouds began to push in across southern Colorado, followed by a thicker cloud deck overnight. Accompanying the thicker clouds overnight were <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;scattered&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;25-40% areal coverage&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'>scattered<\/span> showers for the Southwest Slope, San Juan Mountains, and San Luis Valley regions. Light rain is all that the showers could muster, and a few are still ongoing at this time.
